Access

Guests will have full private access to the entire home and the private fenced backyard during their stay. The home features self check-in using a Kwikset smart lock. A personalized access code will be provided prior to arrival. Parking is available in the private 3-car driveway located directly in front of the home. Please note that street parking is not permitted. There are no shared interior spaces. The entrance, patio, backyard, and driveway are all exclusively for guest use.

The backyard features decorative seashell ground cover, which is part of the coastal design—please supervise children when playing outdoors. Smart TVs are provided in every room for streaming. Guests must use their own streaming accounts. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every stay. Parking is available in the private 3-car driveway only. Street parking is not permitted. For security purposes, there is a doorbell camera located on the exterior of the home. It monitors the front entrance only and does not record inside the home or backyard. A propane tank is provided for the fire pit; however, propane refills are not included and can be exchanged locally if needed.
